We hired Chris through a claim we had with Choice Home Warranty, when he arrived he was super professional and honest about the problem with our furnace. The best part was how we went above and beyond to fight with the insurance company when they were lowballing him and were threatening to reassign the claim. He fixed our heater super quickly once the part arrived. Chris, thank you! We hope to call you in the future for any heating/cooling needs.“

“I really wish these guys could build houses! The whole team is helpful, professional, and *nice*! It seems like customer service is a thing of the past these days, but the Superior team gives me hope. We had them out a couple years ago to replace the hot water tank with a tankless heater. They did a great job and we knew that we would hire them again. Our furnace was going on 20 years and instead of waiting for it to fail, we decided to have Superior come out again. Tony came out with Justin, Gavin, and Austin (you can call him Dave), and they did another great job for us. It’s so nice to be able to count on a local business. “Our AC went out on us sadly during this horrendous heatwave's that have plagued us this year. Thankfully Royal air was there for us and replaced our AC unit promptly within the week of our Ac going down. As opposed to other companies that suggested a month or more. First, they could not replace it when they came out originally, but they gave us a wonderful fix that lasted us until it was time for a full repair! Eddie and his guys are very professional prompt but the expectational end of the job quick, diligent and having a lot of knowledge in relation to repair. They made several upgrades as well which have more than sufficiently increased the coolness of our home. Price was great as well wonderful to deal with Eddie made for a very smooth and painless transaction. Lastly best part they do not ghost you they respond and are here at your home promptly to handle any issues of any kind. You know who to call the AC king over at royal air!“

“With the extreme cold temperatures coming to our area in the next few days. We had an issue with our heating unit and thermostat. Daniel was extremely professional, and very personal and was able to diagnose the complex issue with our wireless system. Daniel had a solution and had the replacement part on the truck.
