I've been going to Spare Pair Howell for a good 6 years, maybe more, my family as well. For me, suffering from retinal and other eye issues, they're the best. Dr Goldberg is an excellent eye doctor: caring, extremely knowledgable, thorough and and keeps in close contact with my retina specialist in terms of any updates, concerns and/or findings. Stewart, as well, is excellent in terms of assisting you with selecting the best frame and lenses for your needs. Further, making sure the lens is cut correctly and that the frames are fitted correctly as well. The staff as well, is always pleasant, helpful, and knowledgable in addressing insurance coverage. Although one usually gets eye glasses every 1-2 years, it's always a great experience. This location may not have the wide selection as Manalapan, however I've always found a frame that perfectly fits my needs and their service is excellent. Highly recommended.

I couldn't recommend Spare Pair enough, especially Donna. Donna really went out of her way to help me get glasses for a very finicky client of mine who wanted very precise specifications. She was extremely nice, helpful, and professional. I've honestly never had such great service buying eyeglasses before. Can't recommend this place enough.

This was a great experience. I had new insurance and wasn't sure of which place i could use it. Spare Pair was one of few that carried the insurance company and the better product that i wanted. The personnel where extremely helpful. I found exactly what i wanted, the order came in faster than i expected. Great customer service!!
