First time using the services of Chris… he was quick to respond and to assess the problem and determine a solution - got it right the first time! Many months later Chris was kind (and smart) enough to take my call and troubleshoot an issue over the phone… turned out to be a low cost fuse replacement. Thanks Chris!!!

Cinch home warranty sent a hvac company to repair my furnace and they couldn't figure it out after 2 days of troubleshooting. Cinch reassigned it to cool heatings and Chris came out the next day. He diagnosed and repaired my furnace within 40 minutes. I highly recommend Chris and am grateful for the help. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and professional.
