“Carrie is outstanding. She is able to communicate directions and explain the importance of proper form all the time. In addition, she remembers my personal needs and talks through her class plans prior to the start of class. She will also suggest modifications during class as we go along as she notices my inability to do something. She is so awesome that when my joints are tight, she will help me get my feet in straps. Truly, Carrie is exceptional.“

“In my opinion, Corinne is a genious. She does a thorough evaluation of the problem causing pain and customizes a treatment plan with personally designed exercises designed for the patient's unique needs. She understands and appreciates the movement requirements of a broad variety of activities of daily living, sports, ballet, gymnastics, and ballroom dancing.“

“I have been a patient for almost a year now, and I can't say enough good about my experience with dr Paula. Now I am pregnant and she is the first doctor I would try to get to for my aches and pains I would get during pregnancy and I would probably do the same after the pregnancy for other miscuskatal pains I might develop in the future. Dr Paula is awesome and magical. I will tell one example : a few weeks ago I developed a sudden sharp pain in my left hip that I couldn't walk on it any more. I called the office for an emergency visit and got to be seen sameday( thanks Tracy for your compassion to squeeze me in). When I got in, within my 30 minutes season dr Paula find out that it was related to my si joint and a compensation pattern resulted, and fixed the problem right there, using her magical NKT technique and other techniques in a holistic way . I walked out normal after the session. She did work with me in the past to know my problem that can help her figure out my problem fast like that, but for new patient it might take longer however I believe she will still be able to fix the problem. Full faith in her ability. And did I mention she is super nice, caring, and compassionate? She stays up to date to the most advanced physical therapy techniques and is still learning to update her tool set to help people. Wonderful person and doctor. She also runs a yoga wellness studio to help people stay healthy. I am looking forward to try that in the future.“

“I have been a member of LT in Princeton for just over a year now. I have never seen a more complete or beautiful exercise facility in my life (and I have belonged to many). After joining, my wife and I began exploring the many activities offered. We have taken ballroom dancing classes, yoga classes and she has taken Zumba classes. There are aerobic exercise machines, weight machines, free weights, pilates, and classes involving both.During the summer months we took full advantage of the outdoor pool. The club also has an indoor pool and there is a hot tub in the indoor pool facility as well as a hot tub, sauna and steam room in both the men's and women's locker rooms. The club has a spa with a complete menu of spa services including massage, and there is a cafe which has a wonderful menu of salads, sandwiches and snacks and is also used by many members as a lounge. There are many other activities available, but many of the reviews here address the pickleball program.I had never played pickleball prior to joining LT. The club offered a free intro class, and after I took it, I was hooked. Under the guidance of the pickleball professional who has regrettably been singled out for criticism here (extremely unfairly in my opinion), the program more than tripled in size in less than a year. As a result of that incredible growth, it became increasingly difficult to schedule court time - more than 400 people accessing three courts, one of which is occasionally used for group and private lessons.Perhaps no-one will be surprised to learn that there have been a catalog of abuses by members, which deprived other members of equal access to the courts. The club administration and the pickleball professional have gone above and beyond in trying to make court access more equitable and to provide playing opportunities to players of all skill levels. It is those changes that have resulted in a great deal of unhappiness and criticism. One of the adjustments has involved additional fees, and the anger over those fees has, in my opinion resulted in ardent and unfair criticism. The system is in flux, but I wanted to add my voice in support of the club and the pickleball professional.I have never observed any of the negative behaviors that have been leveled as accusations. I have only observed the pickleball pro to be an excellent teacher. She has gone out of her way to listen to complaints and to try to address them in an equitable fashion. I have even seen her endure personal attacks, rudeness and criticism to her face with patience, understanding and even kindness.I consider myself to be a good judge of character. I wanted to go on record saying that I categorically disagree with the "reviews" accusing the pickleball professional of rudeness, or worse. I will go even further and say that I believe she has been defamed by some of the posts here and I hope that she considers her legal remedies.“
