“Fantastic trainer! Over a year ago, my family wasn’t into physical fitness. We walked and were active once in a while, but not on a regular basis. Now, my wife and I train 2-3 times per week and our kids weekly.Dimitry is great at guiding you, and adjusting the routine to suit your needs — not pushing too hard that you don’t want to train again. He was especially great at building rapport with my son who doesn't play sports and spends much of his time behind a computer.I never thought I’d be motivated or excited to train, but Dimitry changed that. Beyond strength building, I’m more fit and he’s really helped me improve my balance. I also enjoy his stretch routine, something I greatly need as I age. :)“

“I have been working with Rachel for only a couple of months but she has been incredibly helpful and motivating for me. I have lost almost 10 pounds; but more importantly, I have changed the way I eat, and it hasn’t been difficult. As a vegetarian it has been hard to eat enough protein, but Rachel has provided me with lots of ideas and suggestions. She also works to identify times of the week (weekends!) that are more difficult and suggests ways to handle these more challenging times. She has impressed upon me the need to do more weight bearing exercises but also explains WHY these exercises are more helpful, especially for women in their 50’s like me. “I’ve been working out here since I moved to the area almost three years ago. The gym is well equipped. I usually go during off peak hours so I usually never wait to use the equipment. Lucy’s spin class at night is challenging and lots of fun. The yoga and Zumba classes are also a fun alternative to just lifting weights.“
“Never was a fan of retro fitnesses but this convenient and very close to my house a feed minutes drive new owner ship has made it feel a bit more like a gym not the typical retro style which I like everything is usually working 99 precent of the time lines aren't so long I recommend if you need a good inexpensive short trip to a gym.“
