I had an amazing experience with this plumbing service and can’t recommend AM PM (Pete & Doug) highly enough!

1 - - They were quick to respond when I my tub started backing up—they showed up fast and fixed it right away with no hassle. Total pros.

2 - - They replaced my 38-year-old boiler in less than a day, mid-winter. Pete and Doug were absolutely fantastic—professional, efficient, and super friendly. Not only did they get the new boiler up and running perfectly, but they also fixed my basement steps while they were at it, which was totally unexpected and very appreciated.

They even hauled away the old boiler without any issues, and everything was left spotless when they were done. The level of service they provided was truly above and beyond.“

“We needed the underground drain pipe (that our roof gutters drain into) cleaned out. Based on the overwhelmingly positive recommendations and reviews posted on our town’s Facebook forum, I called Drain Jetters R Us LLC.I'm very happy with their work. They ran a camera into the line, diagnosed the immediate issue, pointed out the likely spots for future problems (old and weak pipes, which I already suspected) and recommended a few options for a fix.Carlos, the owner, also looked at the problem areas in our basement where we get water leaks during rainstorms, and had some recommendations that might mean we don't need a full French drain system.Thanks to all on our town forum who post their honest recommendations. I will add my two thumbs up for Drain Jetters.“

This company is very responsive and was able to send a plumber the day after I called; the only downside was that the first repair did not entirely resolve the issue so I had to call again and it was determined that the entire appliance needed to be replaced. However, I appreciated that it was the owner who followed up on this and replaced the appliance in the same visit, offering a credit from the previous repair for the replacement appliance.“

“Haneef, Kevin, and Devan installed a new water heater, furnace and air conditioning unit for us yesterday. There was an issue with the furnace, but they were able to get somebody scheduled to replace a part the next day, even though it was a weekend. They stayed late to try and resolve everything, even though it made it an incredibly long day for them. David M came today and was able to replace the defective part and complete everything and install a new thermostat for our other system, making sure each zone worked properly before he left. It wasn’t an easy install and we appreciate everything the team did - they were professional, thorough, and kind. Highly recommend C&C.“

“When an emergency happens it’s normally not an easy process. KKD’s team helped with a broken sewer line in a result of a clogged line that never got attended to on a new property I bought. Between dealing with the office staff or the crew that was onsite it was a very smooth and easy going process. Would recommend to anyone in an emergency or just looking to do any maintenance or upgrades to any of your underground utilities.“

“Charles West Plumbing is the best in the business. Charles and Connor installed my 50 gallon water heater. Two years later when I had as issue they came out and took care of it. They responded quickly to my concerns and made the fix. They stand by their work and make things right. I highly recommend them.“

“We have a commercial grade boiler in our house for radiant heat. We had an obvious gas leak in the burner somewhere and had to turn off our heat. After 2K for parts and 2 visits from another plumber could not find the leak, I called Jason. Jason and his apprentice showed up when another job finished early later in the afternoon and spent 2.5 hours disassembling, testing and checking each joint, valve and area for why it was still leaking. His tenacity and professionalism paid off... he found the leak coming from an uncommon place, warped/ wavy seals between the burner and the tank. Yes, we won't have heat again for a few days while waiting for the part (which will cost next to nothing) but I will call Jason in the future purely for his thoroughness, tenacity and desire to do the job correctly the first time.
