Type of Care Dr. Derrek K. Brown is an awesome Physician! He tells it straight, NO BS, offers a full, thorough appointment, takes his time to go over everything and asks if you have questions, he has great suggestions, he is very competent and educated. Wise, witty and overall just wonderful! My husband and I both had him until recently. I had a wrist issue and needed to see someone right away and I was given Dr. Jenn Dember, who I liked immediately and switched to her. She was very kind, patient and went out of her way to assist me with getting my xray done and my picking up my prescription close by so that it would be convenient for me. Dr. Jenn is very thorough and lovely but I miss Dr. Brown already! LoL Although I will still get to see Dr, Brown when my husband has his appointment, I'll miss his LOL humor. If you're looking for a great Doctor, you have a strong reference for two above. Please ignore the less than stellar customer service. These Doctors are worth it. You're welcome! Tammie
Jennifer Dember is a caring apn who is knowledgeable and spends time listening. Appointments are never rushed. Jennifer initiated a followup phone call!! She is 5 stars*****And the front staff has been cooperative in providing records too. Claudia
I've been a patient for years with these MDs, APNs and staff. They are some of the most competent, caring health professionals. I was recently diagnosed and treated for lower lobe pneumonia. I was very near hospitalization, but was sent home with antibiotic and told to go to ER if it worsened. The follow up on me by the staff was continual to ensure I was getting better. One week later, my lung was clear. You cannot get better care than this.
