Great hot yoga community in Midtown Hoboken, I loved taking classes with Jeffrey, Samantha, Nina and Soraya. They are all so knowledgeable and provide positive motivation and affirmation. I've noticed that the members are more advance/intermediate than other yoga studios I've gone to but the instructors here really cater to all levels, which is perfect for someone like me who is more of a beginner. Highly recommend this studio! Just an FYI to bring your own water as there are no refill stations.

I really love this studio. So glad to find hot yoga that I love in the area. Samantha’s class is one of my favorite Vinyasas- lovely flow and energy. Ganan’s hot flow slows it down just enough to really get more grounded and aware of practice. Each instructor brings their own unique style, something for everyone.

I’ve searched high and low for a great studio in Hoboken and found my home at Surya! As a yoga teacher myself, it is hard to find a class challenging enough for the advanced, mindful practicioner, and I feel so energized and inspired by all of the classes I’ve taken here. Highly recommend!!
