Great classes, friendly staff, and the cool lavender towel at the end is so refreshing. A downside is classes can be a bit over crowded (packed wall to wall) and night classes can be overwhelming hot. Overall great place.

Amazing yoga studio in Hoboken , all the instructors are helpful and will help you through your yoga journey. The best class is the candlelit flow on Wednesdays. This studio has helped me both physically and emotionally.

Real hot yoga is an incredible community in Hoboken.I began seriously practicing yoga mid-2023, entering this journey with some reservations - the names of poses intimated me and I wondered if I would ever fit into any yoga community. From day one, the incredible teachers and fellow community here at Real Hot Yoga welcomed me with open arms and guidance. More than a workout, my time on the mat has shaped my mental health and overall wellbeing in profound ways.The depth of knowledge and passion from this community is special.
