Hands down - THE BEST Zumba/Fitness instructor ever! I’m so happy and thankful that I found Sassy Cap Dance N’ Fitness. The classes are so much fun and give you a great workout at the same time. I started a few months ago and I can’t imagine my life without it!!! Jeannine is an awesome teacher, full of good humor, always energetic and encouraging. She is a phenomenal instructor and you can tell that she loves what she does with all her heart and soul! You can feel the enthusiasm, strong energy and positive vibe in her class.
