After using the services of two other electrologists, I came across Carla. I am so happy that I did! Carla was very professional and very efficient. I saw results in a short period of time. She thoroughly explained the process and treatment plan. She is not only knowledgeable but gentle with lasting results. Carla is very kind and personable and makes you feel comfortable and at ease with her pleasant demeanor. I highly recommend Hoboken Electrolysis!
Let me paint a picture for you, I’m Greek, I’m a woman, and I WAS hairier than a gorilla before I started receiving treatments from Carla. I’ve been going to her office for a few months now, and currently, I’m just down to once a month maintenance sessions.
Carla is the very definition of professional, she’s knowledgeable, thorough, and clearly passionate about what she does. She’s also just genuinely kind and easy to talk to, which, trust me, makes the whole experience better as a whole.

I highly recommend getting electrolysis from Carla. I wish I had gone to her first instead of wasting my money on over 12 treatments of laser hair removal which not only didn’t remove the hair on my face, it made me have more.
At my first session, Carla gave a detailed explanation of what to expect from the treatments along with why I saw additional hair growth with laser hair removal and how that won’t happen with electrolysis.
I have only had 5 treatments and the length of time in between each treatment keeps getting farther apart because of how well it is working.
