The full highlights they did are incredibly natural. I've struggled at other salons to get this exact look—dimensional, blended, and sun-kissed—but they nailed it. It looks like my hair just naturally catches the light perfectly, not like it was dyed. The cut frames my face beautifully and has such movement.

The ambiance of the location is beautiful; the decor is chic and luxurious without feeling intimidating. The space itself is also warm and inviting. In total, Alan and Ricky create a truly welcoming and relaxing environment. It felt like a true treat and less like a typical appointment. “At the start of planning, I was not big on the idea of hiring a beauty team. When I realized there were some logistical advantages to hiring a beauty team, I asked Michelle and Willow House how fast they could get it done, and they worked with me to find a solution that we could get 12 services done in 3.5 hours, which was about as much as I could handle. Stefani, Natasha, and Loretta were incredible, everyone was so happy with their hair and makeup. Stefani and Loretta did a great job, especially with the moms. They stayed calm throughout, finished on time, and kept the vibes light and cheerful. They listened to each of my bridesmaids and me, and did not push any looks that anyone was uncomfortable with. An absolute pleasure. 10/10.“

“I have been seeing Antonio for over a decade and I won’t let anyone else cut my hair. I’m consistently happy with the results, and this is from a gal with some significant curl trauma from my youth. I have long to mid-length (when dry) curls and he is great about helping me keep the length, but also get the lift I need so I’m not wearing a triangle on my hair, or sporting what I call “the poodle mullet”(If you know, you know). He does great color, too, choosing color for me that warms my skin. I travel an hour and 1/2 to see him in LA usually, but I sometimes see him in his light-filled space in NYC, too. I can’t recommend him highly enough.“

“I had my hair done for the first time ever at Lima hair salon and I was so happy with the results. Honestly, I say she saved my life. After a bad haircut and damaged hair I had to find a place that could fix my problem. Lima was so attentive and answered all my questions over the phone and luckily I was able to come in the same day to get extensions done. Someone there said they call her the magician! “Amanda is amazing! I had been wanting to get extensions for a long time but was honestly really nervous about it. I’d looked into a bunch of salons before and always got close, but something never felt quite right. I’ve been going to Love Lane Salon for a while now, they have such talented stylists, and one day I noticed they had started offering extensions. Since I already loved the salon, I decided to book a consultation with Amanda.

She immediately made me feel comfortable. She was super knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and walked me through how everything works. I appreciated that she wasn’t pushy at all—no upselling, just genuine care for what would be best and healthiest for my hair.

Even during the actual appointment, I was still a little nervous, but Amanda was so calming and reassuring. And the results? Absolutely incredible. The extensions were seamless. She matched them perfectly to my hair’s texture and color, which isn’t easy to do, and the final look was just stunning. On top of that, she made the whole experience fun and enjoyable.

What really stood out to me was how much she followed up afterward. She checked in during the grow-out process, gave me personalized recommendations, and made sure everything was going well. The extensions also lasted a really long time before I needed to get them adjusted.
