I went to Exchange Physical Therapy after I had my son via a c section. Lauren was so amazing in helping me recover and get stronger again. The entire staff here are so friendly and welcoming especially Christina at the front desk. I highly recommend any new mama to see Lauren.

I’m a couple sessions in but so far have loved my experience. From the first call setting up an appointment, to the personalized care - it’s all been a wonderful experience. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and so nice! I’ll be doing PT for the next few months and am happy to have found EPTG to help with my recovery.

Lauren goes ABOVE & BEYOND. She has made tremendous progress on my body and I feel like a new person. I felt improvement in every session which amazed me. I am impressed with Lauren’s knowledge, accuracy, confidence and consistency. To top it off, she is a blast to be around and is extraordinarily comforting.
