He told me that he could repair it or I could buy a new one and he would install it. Since I had this faucet for close to 15 years, I had no issue with getting a new one. “We had a long list of projects at our house that needed work. Montclair Handyman Services gave us a free estimate that itemized each task with the description of work and amount for each task. Their descriptions matched exactly what was needed and the price was reasonable so we decided to hire them. We are so happy we did! Everything went very smoothly and we were more than satisfied with the results.We then hired them to replace the old insulation in the crawl space under our family room that was falling down in places. There is very little room to maneuver and we had no luck in the past finding anyone that would do the job, even the original contractor that had built the add-on. This was a difficult job! They removed the old insulation, replaced it with new, and sealed everything in with hard plastic sheeting to prevent it from getting dirty or falling down in the future. Just what was needed.This company does quality work with attention to details. I highly recommend them.“

Recently my hot water heater blew while I was away for the weekend, and Jacob was able to show up less than 30 mins after I called to turn off the water on a Sunday. And then he was also able to deliver and install a new water heater the next day. This was for my multifamily house, so I really really appreciated getting hot water back on the next day! “Wow!! Smiley Drain Cleaning are the real deal! Roto Rooter told me I had an off set drop on one side of my sewer clean out and was going to cost me about $3,000! Smiley Drain Cleaning came out dropped a camera down the line and did an extensive look around for free. Turns out I have ZERO mechanical issues with my sewer line and I’m good to go. They just used a sewer jetter and cleared the main drain, and descaled the pipes. Much better costs than replacing my sewer lines! They have my future business and will recommend to anyone I know if needed. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for saving me from spending money unnecessarily.“
