“I called Essex Locksmith after being locked out of my Camry with the keys in the trunk. They sent their Locksmith Colin to my rescue. I watched as he carefully opened the driver's side door to allow access to the door handle. He had to remove the handle in order to bypass the alarm system to gain access to the trunk of the care. When it was time to return the door handle I was amazed with how he used his fingers to navigate the small opening to realign the the mechanism to insure not only the handle was functional that the alarm would re-engage. His focus was unwavering even as the temperature in the parking garage was not helping my circulation. The staff at the office was extremely professional as well. “I needed help with copying my house key to four (very obscure shaped/fun) keys. I had taken them to home depot and called many other locksmiths until this place said I could bring them in. I didn't get the guys name who helped me but it was today (May 1st around 4pm) and he was so kind and helpful! He was able to make all four keys in less than five minutes. “I wanted to share my good experience working with Phil (and his son) of Don Cleary's Lock & Glass Inc. I called yesterday and inquired about getting the locks changed on my 3 garage doors. He was able to come out within 24 hours (despite an awful rain storm which messed up his schedule) and even worked in the rain to get the locks replaced. He was honest and upfront about the cost (which was reasonable in my view!). Phil took the time to point out a few things I should be aware of (the tracks weren't positioned right on the garage doors when they were installed, the door arms were short so the lock wasn't locking on one side, etc). He gave me a recommendation on who I could call to fix it for me which I really appreciated. I also really enjoyed chatting with Phil. I learned his company does many different things beyond locks.
