They arrive on time, work's once and done, and they never make or leave a mess. Also, let me vouch for their honesty ...not long ago Raul was here to install a new light fixture in the kitchen. I asked him to look at the ceiling fan as it was making a ticking sound, and told him everyone hearing it said that was the sound of a ceiling fan dying (which would mean replacing two as it had a twin nearby). He went up and pulled down the fan housing. He called me to show me a wire that had apparently been looped, but had become undone. He said, nothing is wrong with this fan, the wire was touching the rotary apparatus, making a ticking noise. I really like & trust Cates and highly recommend them.“
