My water heater failed and I called Gladiator to have it replaced. This is the first time I've used their service. The service call technician quickly answered the phone and took down all my information and I was given a repair/replace date and time that worked with my schedule. The plumbing engineer technician arrived on time with my replacement water heater which I requested to be replaced. I received an email prior to his arrival showing the truck that he would be driving with a picture of the technician that would replace the water heater. He had all the equipment required to start and finish my job on the truck and the water heater was replaced and the old water heater removed with 70 minutes. He cleaned up the area where he worked before he left. I give this company 10 ********** stars. I'm glad I found them.
