Just want to give a shout out to Nichol DeGruccio at the Hillsdale office. She was a true professional from the moment we met. Her handwritten note acknowledging our visit to one of her open houses really impressed me and prompted me to call her for help with our home search. As out of town buyers we really needed eyes, ears and know-how in this unfamiliar real estate market.
