I must say they are awesome until you have a complaint about their service. My cuticle was snipped , very painful, I made them aware in case it got infected. The owner blamed me stating my skin was dry, which was not the case. I get the powder french manicure I ask for thin lines, she showed me the example on my pinky I said ok, then I see the other nail line is wider, she blames me for having long nails. I said if she could not achieve it, it's not fair to blame me. Instead of owning it she no longer want to service me. They are awesome just don't have a complaint. I pay alot for this service and tip well. I am disappointed in the owners lack of professionalism.
