so we had Pezz come out ( David specifically )to look at our HVAC unit in the basement because it was leaking water on the floor. right away, they were able to diagnose the problem and come up with a solution. We ended up replacing our unit with a brand new high-efficiency Daikin system. The system works phenomenal and keeps the house so much more regulated. We were also able to get the UV light, humidifier and the big filter compartments to make life so much easier when changing filters. We had a partial loss of power in one of our breakers. From setting up my appointment to the appointment itself, every person was great to deal with. Our electrician, Phill, was incredible, very thorough and able to identify and fix the issue vey efficiently. He was also good at explaining everything to me. Overall experience was Excellent, I’d highly recommend Pezz Electrical!!
