Adam is very thorough and technique oriented. He understands movement and how muscles and tissues interact. He was able to quickly troubleshoot a problem area I have had for a long time that has been hard to treat. Feeling much better after a few sessions. Highly recommend!
Best massage experience I’ve had!!! Came for a 60 minute massage with Arlene C, highly recommend her!!! She is so caring, listened to all my complaints and extremely professional! Very knowledgeable and was able to pinpoint ALL my trigger points! Left there a new woman, can’t wait to go back thank you!!!
We were in the Hillsborough NJ area for the day, and I scheduled a 75-minute massage at Hillsborough Massage Therapy. Everything about this location was welcoming and peaceful - from the initial contact, to my arrival and check-in and then the massage itself. I wasn’t sure what type of massage to choose but the therapeutic/sports massage was just what I needed, and Arlene was the absolute KEY to me feeling like a whole new person. I confidently and highly recommend.
