Matt is the best! The actual service and technicans that come out are fantasic. It's getting to the them that's the problem. The customer service is horrible, rude and no one listens. But if you can power through til you get your technician... fix the phone service! Your technicians need a huge raise they are keeping you in business!
Our tech, Chris, is extremely knowledgeable with respect to the pests we encounter, and very helpful in suggesting ways to mitigate any issues. In addition, he is very communicative, texting us with his expected arrival time, and keeping us up to date on how he's doing with meeting the window on our scheduled service days.
My technician Barry Krejdovski is absolutely incredible to work with. He is always on time, takes care of my property as if it’s his own, and he’ll always spend a moment to educate you on any concerns you have. Highly recommend him if you have a chance to request someone.
