Got stranded on 78 West with a flat 80-some miles from home; called at 3 am, and he came and helped me change my tire after finishing up two other impounds around 4:30-5 AM. I'd called 4 other places + AAA (planning on getting my parents to cancel their membership after this, as they didn't call me back for 4 hours after I'd spoken to them and I was already on the road again) and he was the only one who took the time to help me out. Thanks so much!!
If I could rate these guys higher I would! I had to have my car towed to the dealership and they were the only ones to come through. I was in contact with Rich through the entire process and he was a blessing. He was in constant communication, answered any and all questions I had and explained each part of the process to me. He really helped turn around what was a stressful situation.
