There’s so much to say. John was my first ever coach and coached me through my powerlifting meet. He isn’t only a coach. He’s my friend, a mentor, and someone I’ll always value. He puts his heart and soul into his business and his client with whom he treats like family. Everyone is welcome. We met about 8 years ago, and I will FOREVER carry everything he has taught me such as discipline, confidence, mindset, the mind body connection, sacrifice, focus, and most importantly, love. John is a fantastic trainer. I have been working with him for 6+ years and have thoroughly enjoyed my training sessions during this time. John’s workouts are unique and he tailors sessions to the client’s individual needs and goals, helping us work through ups and downs, including injuries. John also keeps workouts different and challenging so our bodies continue to grow and develop - no 2 sessions are the same. John is also a very caring and considerate person, and gets to know his clients on a personal level - that helps with a greater personal connection and, in turn, more effective training. John is the type of person that you feel like you’ve know for years even if you’ve just met him.As a person he’s compassionate, fun, and understanding and always willing to give the shirt off his back.As a trainer he’s consistent and will push you to be the best version of yourself even when you don’t want to or think you can’t. He holds high standards and preaches accountability which are two extremely important qualities to have in a trainer.
