I had the pleasure of working with Tom and his team on multiple occasions. I first had him come in to install a indoor humidifier install (the Santa Fe). Tom was prompt in getting back to me and picking the correct model. The system really helped my air quality in the basement. It was at that appointment that Tom let me know he did all waterproofing solutions. I explained that i had a French drain but still get water. Tom took the time to investigate and realized that the prior owner had put in the french drain incorrectly (never weeped the blocks). Since then no water! Then my old sump pump failed and he was able to get over to my house quickly to install a new one....read full review
