Jay did a home inspection for us, and we’re super happy we found him. We’d hire him again in a heartbeat.

He sent us a thorough report less than 48 hours after the inspection, with plenty of pictures for reference. You can’t catch everything, but Jay did his best, getting into every crawlspace and under the deck and so on. He handled the radon test and an oil tank sweep for us, and even coordinated with other contractors we brought in for estimates, (getting pictures of the roof from the chimney guy, for example).

Hi I get my apartment inspection did by jay , he was very prompt and did a great job and he pointed out each and every step and explained me what it is way need to be done .

What can we say. Jay is really the kind of inspector you need for the job. He’s extremely humble, very easy to talk to and very very very knowledgeable. He was thorough with his inspection of our home, took pictures of all the areas that needed to be addressed, and he turned the report around the next day. There was a pitbull in the house and he took it upon himself to establish a friendship with the dog before he could roam the premises. He made us aware that he works in construction but he respectfully declined to provide those services because it would be a conflict of interest….that is such an honest and dignified response.
