“I got my eyebrows designed by Helen and then done by Phoebe this past spring, May 2024. Just went for my touch up last week Aug 2024, and I LOVE LOVE how they turned out. Helen advised on doing ombre eyebrows since I had gotten microblading done 2 years prior in Seoul and had not been 100% happy with them. The color on my eyebrows were starting to turn a reddish color even before a year had past. To cover, she designed what would fit my eyebrow shape, and also fixed the unevenness from the prior time. It turned out fantastic and you seriously cannot even tell I had reddish eyebrows. I couldn't be happier!

I will add that I was in Seoul for work this past summer and contemplated getting it done there. However, after researching and seeing that my friend also got hers done with Inkredible Touch Permanent Ink and loved it, I decided to do it before I left in May. My family and friends in Seoul complimented me on my eyebrows and all asked where I'd gotten in done thinking I'd gotten them done in Seoul, ha! I am 100% so happy with my decision to get them done with Inkredible Touch. I'm also grateful that I can follow up on a timely basis with them Stateside for the initial follow up and also for years to come. (I am not always able to do this if I get it done overseas.)

Both of them made me very comfortable and were very hospitable. Phoebe was meticulous and made sure I was pleased with the way it looked. Pheobe also did the same for when I returned for my follow up and I had full confidence in her quiet, detail-orientedness. They gave thorough directions with aftercare. Follow instructions carefully, and trust the process. Even when your eyebrows peel/flake, know that they will look amazing in a few weeks' time. Thank you Helen. Thank you Phoebe. “I was looking for a salon that had next day avalibility. NailsBeOn had just that AND online appointment scheduler which is extremely convenient and not common around here.
The salon is super clean and the atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming! HGTV was on the TV which I loved (usually salons just have morning talk on TV) as it gave me something to watch. I was even offered a bottle of water.
Wade did my nails and they came out EXACTLY how I wanted them. He asked me throughout the process if the length/color etc. was ok. I will definitely be coming back here!

“I'm not new to lash lifts, but this was my first time at The Lash Lounge. Prior to booking, I checked out their instagram and saw a post of an amazing lash lift done by Sidney. I immediately knew that I had to book with her, and I'm so glad that I did. From the second that I met her, Sidney was friendly and so reassuring. She told me right off the bat that some of my left lashes had breakage, most likely from using a curler, and that they wouldn't lift as much as my other lashes. However, she managed to get them lifted so beautifully that I couldn't really notice at the end. “I've been coming to SX for the past three years. I absolutely love Van, the owner, she's very kind, patient and attentive. However, I was very disappointed with the lady who recently did my nails. She wore gloves and kept rough handling my hands while repeatedly telling me to relax them . On top of that, she very aggressively instructed me to put my hands in the UV light. Women come into beauty salons to get pampered, not to be aggressively rushed through a manicure. I actually had to ask the lady to be more gentle with my hands and gentle with her tone. Once she realized I was not going to stand for her rude behavior, she changed her attitude and tried pleasantly talking to me. I think it's so important to make a customer feel comfortable at the beginning of the service so they can ease into everything. This whole experience stressed me out and although I adore Van, I'm hesitant to return.“
