“I would give 6 stars if I could!! Absolutely amazing company. Lightning struck my condensing unit and fried a bunch of components in the air handler/furnace and the thermostat. The internal temperature of the house was over 83 degrrees. Made a call to Biles and they had someone at my house within an hour. They had to run out and grad new parts and a new thermostat, came back and installed it. My air was back up and running in a couple hours. They then called me again to make sure everything was still good. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any of your HVAC needs.“

We were told that our drains could not be cleared without installing an outside cleanout drain (leaving us without using our toilets, showers, and water) for several days. Daniel from Absolute Drains was recommended to us as the guy who is a problem solver who doesn’t give up. Indeed! He came out that afternoon and spent hours working on unclogging our drain. After several hours, he pulled out roots, and our drain was cleared. Amazing and outstanding service!“

“We have a commercial grade boiler in our house for radiant heat. We had an obvious gas leak in the burner somewhere and had to turn off our heat. After 2K for parts and 2 visits from another plumber could not find the leak, I called Jason. Jason and his apprentice showed up when another job finished early later in the afternoon and spent 2.5 hours disassembling, testing and checking each joint, valve and area for why it was still leaking. His tenacity and professionalism paid off... he found the leak coming from an uncommon place, warped/ wavy seals between the burner and the tank. Yes, we won't have heat again for a few days while waiting for the part (which will cost next to nothing) but I will call Jason in the future purely for his thoroughness, tenacity and desire to do the job correctly the first time. “I had a couple of minor pipe leaks that needed repairing. Dennis was able to come and make the repairs within 2 days, which was great considering these repairs weren't an emergency. Dennis quickly assessed what needed to be done and explained it clearly. He's obviously made similar repairs many times before - it didn't take him long to make the repairs and the results look better than new! All that for a fair price. I highly recommend Dennis.“

“I called as I had a leak that someone else told me was not my washer, was probably my waste pipe. I was pretty sure it was a washer problem but was worried a pipe could bust. Called Herr's and they were kind enough to come take a look the very next morning. Chris was great, found the issue right away and was able to fix it. “I had two issues which Dolan Inc. fixed for me. First was a plumbing issue whereby the drain pipe from our Jacuzzi tub separated causing a tub full of water to come down onto the ceiling of my den and burst through. Their plumbers came and found the issue but to find the leak opened two holes in the den ceiling. They corrected the leak replacing the drainpipe and strapping it which apparently the builders, 27 years ago, did not do and the weight of the water coming down caused the pipe to separate. They were courteous, professional and were able to find and correct the problem expeditiously. The second issue was to repair the two holes in the ceiling for which Dolan Inc. also handles. Their people were courteous, professional and put up new drywall. They fixed the two holes, plastered them in place and sanded the ceiling making it ready for painting. The price was reasonable and cost effective and I would recommend Dolan Inc. for anyone who is having Plumbing, Heating, HVAC or Remodeling issues.“
