Her restorative class was delightful and delicious, starting with the soothing sounds of the harmonium, then the sequencing that just melted and rejuvenated our bodies and ending with the dreamy crystal bowls. “Oh my goodness I am obsessed with Pearl Yoga & Fitness. I came across the studio on google search close to where I was staying for the week. I was intrigued to learn more about their wheel class. Navigating their website was super easy to sign up for a class. They had a week trial that fit perfect for my week stay.When I walked into the studio I was greeted with ‘’hello are you Regina ?!’’ and instantly felt that I found the perfect studio while chatting with Janet and Melanie.In the week I practiced 6 times and each class was different and I learned something new every single class. Every single time I walked into the studio I was greeted with a warm welcome. I enjoyed the way the class was set up with the instructor in the middle with everyone having a front row seat. I love the use of props and the direction how to use each prop during class. At the end of class I enjoy the meditation and learning about the sutras. I feel honored that I found this beautiful yoga studio and was welcomed to their yoga community. “Melody is truly one of a kind! I have been nervous to try yoga for so many years and Melody has been a god send to me. She listens to all my concerns mentally emotionally and physically and tailors our yoga session every time to what I’m feeling in the moment. She has been gracious and patient with me being a complete beginner to Yoga. Melody is not only a knowledgeable yoga instructor teaching the most authentic practices but a wonderful human being inside and out. I am so blessed to have Melody in my life as my teacher and friend!“

“now im not going to give less stars bc i enjoy going and Sharon J. is awesome. But the woman who teaches the Friday 10am class has such a sense of entitlement that it ruins the entire hour for me.two women in class today got in 'trouble' - as if we’re still in grade school. one woman asked in the beginning of the class where to keep her phone so it's not distracting for the teacher. she was told to put it face down. i believe the woman had a baby and (rightfully so) wanted to keep it up and near her so she could see it. the other woman's phone went off in the middle of the class. mistakes happen. no one seemed to mind. the teacher gave a speech about the no phone policy - wasting class time, and embarrassing the poor woman, when we couldve just kept it moving and went on with class.i will not go as far to name the teacher but she went on and on about how she has kids too and this is not the time electronics.(no one is playing on their phone! they just wanted it next to them!) and if we can't abide by this rule 'then dont take this class' - how dare she. the teacher doesnt know anyone's story. she doesn't know that some people only have childcare during this one hour a week. she doesn't know if people have important jobs that they skipped out of for an hour but still need to be on call. she doesn't know if someone has an ailing grandparent and needs to have their phone by them at all times. she doesn't know if this hour only works for some schedules - work, kids, responsibilities, etc. i promise you, having your ringer off and your phone up next to you on the side does not distract ANYONE. She claims it gives her a glare. Bullsh1t. Then don’t look over there. some people do not have the option to just 'check out' for an hour and hope everything's ok. some people may simply have anxiety not being able to access their phone! we are all adults here and we can make our own decisions.i dont go to club pilates to hear a lecture. i go to work out and go home. she needs to change her attitude and her rules or she's going to have alot of people dropping out. the teacher is the only one disrupting the class.“

“Today was my first time at Yoga Nook Studio, and I was thoroughly impressed. The studio itself is beautiful and well-organized, creating a serene and welcoming environment from the moment you walk in.Nicole, the instructor, did an excellent job teaching the class. I came in with a persistent neck problem and left not only feeling energized but also pain-free. Her approach to teaching is both gentle and effective, making it accessible for all skill levels.The only thing I would suggest is perhaps incorporating a slightly more intense class option for those looking for a bit more challenge. However, even with that in mind, my experience was outstanding. I give Yoga Nook Studio a well-deserved 5 stars!“
“I’ve been working out here since I moved to the area almost three years ago. The gym is well equipped. I usually go during off peak hours so I usually never wait to use the equipment. Lucy’s spin class at night is challenging and lots of fun. The yoga and Zumba classes are also a fun alternative to just lifting weights.“
