After I called, was around 9pm, they sent a technician within perhaps 20 to 30 minutes. His name is Tom, I think. Very knowlegable person. Took him a second to identify the issue and another some 10 minutes to repair. This is service.“

John is a great person who saved my family from having an unexpected expense right before Christmas. Earlier this morning my downstairs bathroom toilet wouldn't stop running, so I shut the valve. My husband is very handy and can usually can fix almost anything, so tonight after dinner he went to look at it and noticed that the valve was leaking. He shut the water to the house and went to Home Depot to get the parts he needed to fix it, but as soon as we turned the water back on the valve blew and water was everywhere! I immediately went on to Hazlet Moms and searched for an emergency plumber. The first person I called was a local person who was very well recommended. He gave me a very good estimate over the phone, but said he couldn't come until tomorrow. Since that would leave us without water, I told him that I would call him back, and he literally hung up! My next call was to Payless Plumbing. John spoke to my husband, who explained what he had done to try to fix the problem. John asked him to send over pictures, and right away he told him that he had the wrong part. He then literally sent him a link to the correct part from Lowes ($11) and told him exactly what he needed to do to fix it and to call him back if he needed to! After a quick trip to Lowe's, my husband was able to fix the leak! John and Payless Plumbing went above and beyond. It is obvious that they are extremely honest and trustworthy. “Water leak today when temperature is 10 degrees. Had to turn off water at the main. Called 2 companies, the first gave us a 4 hour window and at the fourth hour canceled via text. Second company gave hour and a glass half window but canceled because he thought we said WoodRidge when we clearly gave our full address in Woodbridge.
Luckily we called King Arthur. He arrived in under 30 minutes. So was very friendly and found the problem very quickly. He made the repairs and offered things we could do to prevent future problems. “Carl is excellent. He is the only good left with Sears. He repaired my dishwasher. On another note, I’ve been waiting one year to have my refrigerator returned and replaced and they keep putting me off telling me they no longer have a contract with Costco and so on and on it goes where you wait on the line all day long to get nowhere. “We have a commercial grade boiler in our house for radiant heat. We had an obvious gas leak in the burner somewhere and had to turn off our heat. After 2K for parts and 2 visits from another plumber could not find the leak, I called Jason. Jason and his apprentice showed up when another job finished early later in the afternoon and spent 2.5 hours disassembling, testing and checking each joint, valve and area for why it was still leaking. His tenacity and professionalism paid off... he found the leak coming from an uncommon place, warped/ wavy seals between the burner and the tank.
