The skin assessment form had so many questions and I was having a hard time filling it out but she helped me with it with patience. After listening to my skin concerns, she recommended a couple of treatments. I really trusted her knowledge because she explained the treatments and answered all of my questions. She is calm as she gets to find out your preferences and your comfort level. Farrah was my masseuse and my friend got Toni. While we were both in the same room, I couldn't tell that there was another person in the room. There was calming music, a wonderful fragrance wafting throughout the room.
