“I am a new patient to the practice. I came for a covid swab because Medical Art Center is one of the few places in the Northeast that gives you PCR covid results in less than one hour. My family of 8 needed PCR tests same-day due to travel. MAC accepted what my insurance paid even though my EOB showed a higher amount. I have a zero balance with them. “The free consultations offered was greatly appreciated, answering questions before I met with Dr. Volpe and the PFAM team. The environment is very warm and highly professional. The IV room and office, in general, is very warm, inviting and cozy-more like home than a cold medical environment. Lauren, the biofeedback therapist, is so nice and warm, offering so many tools to help with emotional and stress support. She has been a welcome support system for me in my treatment for cancer.
