Yesterday, my son flushed a rubber fish bath toy down the toilet. I called up Hawthorne Mechanical at 5pm. Rich said everyone had gone home for the day but he’d see if someone could swing by. Within twenty minutes, Paul was here. Bath toy was recovered and the new toilet was installed. Excellent service! We will definitely call them up for future plumbing needs...but hopefully it won’t be for fetching a toy out of the toilet.
