There is a reason his reviews are so good! I found Raf on Google after Micro Center refused to help me. Not only was he able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly, he also corrected some hardware installation mistakes I made at no additional charge. He even made some cable management improvements! I am glad that Micro Center was so useless since I found Raf and Supreme Computer Solutions instead.
This guy is absolutely amazing, he has helped me over the phone multiple times with repairing my PC when I just need a second opinion, or very crucial advice to what I’m trying to fix. He’s always there toand any time I’m stuck on a repair and i can’t fix it myself, He has always taken care of it extremely fast and professionally. I’ve called him multiple times just for help on my own repairs, and refused to take money that I offered for his time he’s an extremely nice guy and extremely helpful.
I took an older Toshiba with a broken digitizer here, driving 45 minutes out of my way since I saw the good reviews compared to other places. From my first communication with Rafal I was very impressed, he answers emails very quickly. The work he did on the laptop was 5 stars, not an easy fix but he did a great job and the touchscreen and laptop work better than ever. If I ever need computer work again, I'm definitely coming back here, great job Supreme Computer Solutions and thank you.
