Amanda the nurse practitioner came out to the waiting room with a big smile , introducing herself . she asked me what I felt I most wanted to address. “I had the Signature Facial from Tammi, who had a gentle touch, listened thoroughly, and offered really useful suggestions based on her many years of experience working as an esthetician, including several alongside dermatologists. I was nervous about getting a facial with microdermabrasion since I'd never had it before and because I have sensitive, acne-prone skin (along with some active acne). She walked me through everything and helped me feel very comfortable. We discussed several future treatment options, and she did not make me feel rushed or pressured. Everyone at the front desk was very nice, too. I'm a week out from my treatment with no new acne, and my skin feels smoother than ever, including areas that I hadn't even realized could benefit from more manual exfoliation. Since moving to Jersey City this year I needed to find a new spa for regular facials anyway. I’m so glad I chose this place! It’s a beautiful facility with welcoming and courteous staff. I got Maggie for my facial and I’m so glad I did! She was sweet, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I clicked with her right away and really enjoyed the conversation we had during the facial.
