Excellent service at a great price, next time I’m going to call these guys first. Added bonus: it feels good to support a local business when the “other guys” in town are corporate and charge way more.
From my initial call to the arrival of the locksmith was 35 minutes. The price I was quoted on the phone was the exact price I was charged when the service was complete. They were in and out in 20 minutes for two locks.
Car remote stopped working. (2012 Camry) Battery change did not help. Polite fellow sent knowledgeable technician to fix it. It was $260 for a new remote because the old one was simply toast for some reason. Costly replacement but likely cheaper than service center at dealership. Phone call to fix within 2 hours.
Fantastic service, nothing more to say. I called at 8:30 PM on a Monday as our front door lock decided to randomly break. I was able to immediately get an appointment scheduled for 9 am the following morning. The next day, the technician arrived a few minutes early and identified the issue immediately. Within a half hour, we had a brand new lock and deadbolt installed for a more than reasonable price. In addition, the technician noticed and fixed an alignment issue with that door that I didn’t even mention for no extra charge. Will surely recommend and use again if needed!
