My mom passed away on Apr 18th 2020 of old age in my house. Hospice called the funeral home at 5:00 A.M and shortly after I received a call from Frank, the owner. He showed compassion in the way he handled the call. He was not able to get someone due to Covid to retrieve the body and came himself. My mom was very fragile, I asked him to handle her with care which he did. He was extremely compassionate with my sister and I. He went above and beyond, he was able to secure us a priest and we were able to have a private and intimate viewing. Because we are a large family, he was able to accomodate 6 of my mom's children, four of our in-laws and her grandchildren that chose to attend. He also worked with the cemetery, they allowed my 2 sisters and I into the museleam for the final service with the priest, we did the service at the entrance, of the museleam, the procession of the family cars were able to double park and open their windows to participate. Under the covid circumstances, I could not have asked for better service. Frank was amazing and made a very difficult situation as smooth and comfortable as possible for all of us. I will forever be grateful to Frank for the way he handle everything and the memories engraved in my mind and heart of that day. Thank you and God bless you.
