I have been a member of CruzMMA for about 2 weeks now and my experience has been nothing short of amazing. All instructors are clear and concise with instructions. It is a competitive environment but everyone at the gym is nice and truly cares about each other. I have improved technique and form in a short matter of time. Professor Plinio and Professor Thiago are the best instructors I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend CruzMMA if you live in the area or if you are looking for a new environment to get great training.

One of the best true Mma and BJJGyms in New Jersey in the tri-state area several professional fighters some of which fought in the UFC have trained here this place is the true definition of a brotherhood and family type environment you will go to battle and learn from the best while they are still some of the most humble real people you will meet. Plinio Has a great passion and takes training and instruction very seriously I’ve learned so much from him and I have nothing but the upmost respect I know you will as well if you train here.
