My older son started when he was 5 and he is now almost 11! My youngest son started when he was 4 and is now 5. Master Chad at USA Karate and Fitness in Hamilton is amazing . We have been part of the USA Karate Family for 6 years now! My little guy has high functioning Autism and literally kicks ninja butt in class! The discipline and respect is everything! My older son is headed to his black belt and couldn't be more proud of himself (as we are very proud of him as well. ) I love that the kids learn that hard work and respect pay off! Best martial arts school in town.The instructors are great.very patient and knowledgeable.Not only has my son become more confident.it has also helped him become more disciplined.I highly recommend USA Karate.

My son is 3 years old and he’s learned so much while being here. Behavior has improved and attention span is improving. Master Chad is very patient and kind and understanding of every kids abilities. He will make time to help them one a one if needed. Great experience thus.
