The part of the frame that goes over the ear snapped. They said all you can do is by another pair of glasses. So it cost another $450.00 . I can not believe they can't order a replacement part
Great service, amazing selection for glasses. The only thing is that the hours aren't reliable. It says that they are open until 7pm but that is not always the case. If they update their hours this place would be a 5/5 for me.
They have a large selection of designer glasses at a great price. My experience at Specs Plex was wonderful — from the friendly staff at check-in to the exam and then finally the purchase of my new glasses. I highly recommend Specx Plex!
