As a real estate agent, with many years experience in the business, I find Dave to be one of the best home inspectors out there. He is thorough, professional and knowledgeable. During his inspection, he answers clients questions and explains if an issue is serious or not and gives home care tips. Highly recommend Dave Moore and Pilar to Post.

David was extremely thorough with his inspection. He was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the home, produced and extremely detailed report, and walked me through every problem he found and how to address it. Ultimately we feel lucky that his services were recommended to us.
