We have to mention an employee by the name of Juan who helped with a problem I was having with turning off the heating system to the apartment. The thermostat was off and working properly but the heat was still on in 100 degree weather. Thank goodness he found the problem and I asked him to explain the system to me so I know what to do next time . It was so simple but no one could find the valve since there were many. Exceptional service. Heating - responded and repaired my air locked system quickly and efficiently. Cooling - installed two mini-split heat pump units in my 270 yr old house perfectly. The inside units are perfectly mounted and cool my entire house -even the cathedral ceiling bedroom. The outside wiring and unit are mounted and capped so it looks pretty.
