“I went here once before and had a good experience. The place is clean and everybody’s very friendly, and my nails turned out nice the first time.

So when I needed to get my nails done again, I decided to go back and I was greeted warmly and seated right away. However the guy who first took care of me (didn’t get his name) — he clipped my nail so short it cut the quick (I think that’s what it’s called) and it started to bleed. He was apologetic, but I was flustered because he hadn’t asked me the length I wanted my nails, but just cut it.
I’m not going to have one or two nails short and have the rest long, so I felt it was too late for me to say anything.

Vicky took over and was quick to paint my nails and made sure I was okay with the color.

Mistakes happen, and I guess I should’ve communicated more, but also I suggest asking the customers first before cutting so short.

I’ll def come back still, but I’ll prob be more communicative off the bat.“

“I enjoyed this salon. I came in and was greeted by smiles and greetings. I love how polite and professional everyone is: they had very nice and comforting music playing. Everyone was very accommodating. Some of the staff who are mostly Spanish speaking were very good about redirecting me to the staff that speak more English to help interpret what I was asking for for my hair. This is a great salon to come practice Spanish! The professionals are very good and style all types of hair. They gave me a deep condition, cut off my heat damaged hair, and gave me a silk press. My hair needed to be done and I am always shy about trying new places. I’m very glad I found this salon. Next time I get paid I will be back.“
