“My older son started when he was 5 and he is now almost 11! My youngest son started when he was 4 and is now 5. Master Chad at USA Karate and Fitness in Hamilton is amazing . We have been part of the USA Karate Family for 6 years now! My little guy has high functioning Autism and literally kicks ninja butt in class! The discipline and respect is everything! My older son is headed to his black belt and couldn't be more proud of himself (as we are very proud of him as well. ) I love that the kids learn that hard work and respect pay off! Master Chad has the patience of a saint. He keeps everything incredible clean and organized. The kids learn so much in class and I love that he has older kids help, it gives the little ones someone to look up too! If your child is thinking about trying karate I highly recommend checking him out!“

“This has been my experience training Thaiboxing for almost 2 years in the adult classes.Really knowledgeable coaches. Produced a lot of successful amateur fighters. Their training equipments are really safe and worth the price. HeadCoach Mike understands the sports and the street fight aspect. He is stern but humble and funny person. The atmosphere is very safe. Senior students really want their juniors to improve. Everyone is humble and disciplined. Prices are inexpensive and their seminars include a lot of current successful fighters such as Superbon from OneFC and coaches. Hardwork is greatly appreciated.It is worth training in this place.“

“It’s definitely a very constructive class. The owner Mr.Harris is very passionate about the class and so are the other coaches . There is excellence in the kind of attention and learning they provide to the students (especially to the toddlers as it’s hard to get them to focus). The coaches are very patient with the kids and tackle them very well.its commendable to see their teacher to student ratio. Mr. Nelson is another very skilled trainer and is amazing with kids. I would definitely recommend LMA to all the parents, especially to the parents of toddlers (3+). My son is learning discipline and enjoys the class. Kudos to the LMA team!!“
