They overbook , don’t care about your time .. my appointment was today for 4 / 26 /2024. I came in a day before to give my ID and insurance information and fill out the forms / paper The office needed.. I came in 15 minutes early The day of my appointmentand I have been still waiting for a hour and 20 minutes and still waiting as of now.. I will not recommend no one to come here unless you have time to waste..

Bad this is the worse experience the wait time it’s crazy over 1 hour and 30 minutes there was people standing!!! they definitely don’t care about customer service this it’s like a 5 hour check up and u will wait over 2 hours just to be seen they relly need to work when scheduling

The front desk receptionists area needs to all be fired. They are literally the worst and do not do their job by any means. There’s no organization, structure,, Or actual work being done. Their job I guess it is to literally NOT Answer the phone by any means. I have called Multiple times and have not received a single answer. When I arrived for my appointment 15 minutes prior to the appointment time, I was not seen Till an hour after my arrival. On top of that, I was taken back with the tech and once done with him I had to wait another 40 minutes just to see the actual physician. The staffing for scheduling is so horrendous.
