I had a facial with Hailey today and it was a wonderful experience. So relaxing after a busy day. I can say I always have a nice experience here in Hamilton. The staff at the desk is always friendly and very helpful.
I called to cancel my account due to incorrect protocol fallowed. I spoke with Rose-Ann GM of Hamilton and after 1:30 minutes I can report that my account is going to be updated and I will continue as a member. She and her staff were very professional and helpful. Great customer service. Keep up the good work!!!
I had a lovely experience I had Sade she was very sweet and kind she was helping through everything she was such a lovely person I would recommend her she was very gentle and recommended great stuff definitely going back
