to long time of waiting. I believe that 1.5h at waiting room with bored child is enough. I complained twice already....because need take off from work to come with my child for routine checkup.
I love their spirit of service in terms of the medical staff and assistants who prepare the patient, who are children, so that they can see their medical appointment pleasantly and without fear. I love that, which is why I don't change them; I cannot say the same with the reception staff, they do not have a vocation for maximum service when the patient does not reach you, attitude
Always great experience staff friendly there is a lady with dreads that is always really nice and makes us want to come back with the positivity and knowledge they all have thank you Hamilton dental on 2501 Kuser road
