to long time of waiting. I believe that 1.5h at waiting room with bored child is enough. I complained twice already....because need take off from work to come with my child for routine checkup.
Definitely 5 stars for my 5 year old son. We got lucky enough to have Annalise as my son’s hygenist. She was so patient, kind, understanding and extremely sweet. She made my son feel right at home and like my son’s best friend. Using easy to understand language, showed him each tool, explained what they were for, and held his hand the whole time. He felt so at ease and very comforted. She was absolutely incredible in every way. Great experience!!
I’ve been going to Hamilton dental for 21 years and they have never disappointed me. Each doctor is top-notch. My kids grew up going there too. Other than the challenge of making appointments way in advance, they are extremely organized. They use top technology and they are very efficient. I really trust the doctors.
