Returning to CrossFit after a break was a bit intimidating, but East State CrossFit made the transition seamless and enjoyable.

East State CrossFit is an incredible community of knowledgeable and professional coaches in addition to warm and welcoming athletes. The focus on excellence in coaching is the backbone for members and the specialized programming a real benefit for added skill building. Of the CrossFit gyms I have been familiar with, ESCF is the true standout! Highly recommend!

East State CrossFit is a beautifully maintained gym with an amazing and welcoming coaching staff. It is well run and organized with community events outside of the everyday workout. They offer CrossFit classes as well as barbell, yoga and a great variety of clinics! Definitely recommend!
