801 Hughes Dr, Hamilton“This might be a long one... But let me introduce you to my chiropractor, Dr. Chris Peterson. Warm, compassionate, kind, thorough, accommodating... These are only some of the words I can use to describe this blessing disguised as a man.I had always been a skeptic when it came to chiropractic anything. Not because I'd ever been to one, but because I'd never been to one, and no one I knew had told me how much it would benefit my life.I had migraines - CONSTANT migraines - and sciatica in BOTH hips - for over 15 years. Every doctor I'd seen to try to alleviate my pain prescribed drugs that didn't work, or told me that I needed to exercise more, etc., etc. I was popping OTC migraine medication like it was candy, and on the days when my sciatica was THAT bad, I made a choice to just lay in bed all day. It’s a miserable existence when you feel like nothing is ever going to make your pain go away.I’d always been an athlete. Softball since I could walk, field hockey, track, etc. At 33 years old I was still playing softball, and I certainly didn’t want to stop. I had a soft tissue knee injury that required surgery, and that basically ended my ability to play.Fast forward to one day while I was sitting on my couch, just watching TV, and my back started spasming – no prior strenuous activity to ‘trigger’ anything like this – and I was at the point of tears. While I was driving past CCC’s office one day shortly after that, I just decided to call and see if I could get an appointment. They got me in within the next few days, and when I told Dr. P my laundry list of issues, he brought me back for an x-ray (NO other doctor I’d seen had recommended one), and proceeded to SHOW me what was wrong with my neck, back and hips.My neck showed reverse curvature (curved the wrong way) = pinched nerves and blood vessels = migraines. My lower spine had a bulging disc = compressed nerves = back spasms. My hips were off kilter = pinched sciatic nerve = hip pain.Over the course of the next year, Dr. Peterson performed adjustments and prescribed a series of exercises for me to do. Gradually, as that year progressed, I no longer had migraines, my sciatica pain was few and far between, and my back no longer spasmed from “doing nothing at all.”I’d even had another injury – this time, it was my wrist – that TWO other doctors had said I would need surgery to repair… And in THREE visits with Dr. Peterson, I was right as rain again.I’m no longer a skeptic, and as a nurse, I would recommend Dr. Peterson to anyone I feel could benefit from his amazing care. Which, really, is everyone!I would not only say that I’ve experienced ‘good’ chiropractic care, but EXCELLENT chiropractic care. If I could, I would rate this practice with ten stars instead of just five.“

3679 Nottingham Way suite a, Hamilton“Dr. Evans is the BEST. I’ve never been to a chiropractor before, and after only a few weeks of consistent visits, my posture is better, the hump on my neck is diminishing, and my hips are finally released of the tension and tightness. His office is family run and has that personal family feel, while also being professional and comfortable. 10/10 recommend for anyone.“
“I've been a patient of De. Domanski for about a month now, and I have been very pleased with the experience. I used to undergo regular chiropractic care as my time on small boats in the Coast Guard using my spine and knees as shock absorbers had some unsurprising long-term health effects. As happens to many of us, life got in the way of self-care, and my back and neck have been paying the price the past few years. Just a few visits in, and Dr. Domanski has me in a much better place. The combination of traction, TENS and adjustments have really reduced the pain and tension in my neck and shoulders, and my lower back is definitely trending in the right direction. As someone who has not followed this advice for too long, I encourage you to learn from my mistakes and do not ignore your bad back! You can have a much better quality of life, and Dr. Domanski and the staff at 360 Spine & Sport can help you achieve it.“
